The product is built so that almost nothing of yours is on our side. This page is the whole list.
Who holds it
Amura Ventures SL, Joan Ripoll Trobat 34 2A, Palma, Spain, 07013. Questions, access and erasure: support@founderizer.com.
What we hold, and why
- Your email address. To send you the claim key, the account link and anything you write to us about. Kept while you are a customer, and for as long after as the invoices must be kept.
- Your payment record. Held by Stripe, not by us: the card never touches this site. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, its state and its renewal date, which is what decides whether our side is open to your fleet.
- Your business name and VAT number, where you gave one to Stripe for the invoice. We read them on the invoice; they are Stripe’s record.
- Your entitlement. A fleet id — sixteen random characters your own installer made — the plan, and the date the token runs to. The fleet id is derived from no address, no name and no account: it identifies a fleet to us and tells us nothing about you.
- The email we sent you, kept so that we can see what was sent and when, and so that a repeated payment event does not send you a second copy.
- The heartbeat, only if you switch it on. Every fifteen minutes: your fleet id, the version it runs, the results of its own health checks, how many agents it has, and when it last opened a case. It carries no task text, no names of people, no repository names and no secrets. You can switch it off, and a fleet that never switches it on is invisible to us.
What we never hold
Your model provider credentials — refused by design, in three places in the software, so that neither we nor the hub can store one. Your repository keys: your own GitHub App gives its private key to your hub and to nowhere else. Your vault: the logins your agents use are encrypted on your machine, and no value leaves it. Your task text, your chats, your customers’ data, your files.
Who else sees anything
- Stripe (Ireland and the United States): the payment, the invoice, the tax identifier, the card. Stripe is the processor of the payment and holds it under its own terms.
- Brevo (France): the address and the text of the emails this site sends you.
- Hetzner (Germany): the server this site runs on, where the records above are stored.
- Apple (United States): when your hub notifies your phone, this site passes Apple the phone’s push token and the notification. What the notification says is sealed with a key that only your phone holds, so neither we nor Apple can read it, and this site keeps neither.
Nobody else, and nothing is sold, shared or used to train anything.
Cookies, and what this site measures
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, which is why you were not asked about any. Stripe’s own pages set what Stripe needs to take a payment safely, under Stripe’s terms, and that happens on Stripe’s domain, not here.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, or have it sent to you in a file. Write to support@founderizer.com and we will answer within a month. Erasure leaves the invoices, which the law makes us keep, and the entitlement record of a live subscription, which is what keeps your fleet’s updates flowing. If we get it wrong you can complain to your own data protection authority.
What your fleet sends us
Two calls, and you can read the code of both: the entitlement your installer asks for once, and the release manifest your hub reads with it. There is no telemetry and no call home that can stop a fleet. What you carry says what stays yours.
