Support
From the app: Help → Report a problem. Or write to support@founderizer.com.
Both reach the same place. It is read by a person, and it is watched by our own fleet — the same software you are running. There is no ticket form, no chat widget and no queue to be lost in.
Before you write: what the app can see
Help → Report a problem opens with what Founderizer already knows is wrong and what puts it right: whether your hub answers, whether a machine has gone quiet, whether a provider is signed out, whether an update failed, and every verify check that failed on a machine, with the fix that check itself wrote. Where the fix is work on a machine, one button copies a block you can paste into the agent you already run; it refuses to touch a provider sign-in, because that one is yours.
It lists nothing that is right. When it has nothing to show, that is when writing to us is the right move.
What the app sends with a report
Your words, the address you want the answer at, and six short facts: the version of the app, your macOS version, your fleet id, the revision your hub runs, the name of the screen you were on, and what those checks said. If the app was showing an error, that error. The window lists every one of them, in full, before you press Send — and that list is the whole report.
None of your fleet’s work goes with it: no task, no message, no file, no result. A failed check names the machine it failed on, because that is the whole of what we can act on, and you read it first. Never send us a password, an API key, a provider session or a private key. We refuse them on purpose and we cannot use them. If an answer seems to need one, it does not.
A report comes back with a reference, such as FR-1042. Quote it and we find the report. If the send fails, the window’s Copy report puts the same text on your clipboard for the address above.
What helps us answer fast
- The output of
verifyon the machine in question, which your app shows as a checklist and the command prints with--json. - The version your hub is running, and whether an update was taken just before.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
What support is
Advice, fixes shipped as an update, and a hand with a new agent or a new duty. We answer as fast as we can and promise no particular time.
What support is not
Our hands on your machine. We have no access to your server and the product is built so that we cannot have it: no key of yours, no token of yours, no way in. What you carry explains why that is the deal.
Billing
Cards, invoices and cancellation are self-serve on Stripe’s own pages, reached from your account page. Nothing about money needs us.
