Who you are contracting with

What we sell

A maintained product that runs on a machine you own: the Founderizer hub, the Mac and iPhone apps, the updates to all three, the notifications that reach your phone, and support by email. One subscription covers one fleet — one hub, its machines and its agents — with fair use of 5 machines and 10 agents.

What we do not sell: hosting, a managed service, our hours, or anything that needs our hands on your machine. We do not hold, and will not accept, your model provider credentials. We have no access to your server, your repositories or your data, and the product is built so that we cannot have it.

What you provide

• The machine, and the cost of running it.
• Your own subscription with a model provider, used within that provider’s terms. Claude is supported; Codex is allowed; Grok is not supported.
• Every decision about what an agent may reach, and the consequences of what an agent does with the access you granted it.
• Your backups.

What you carry says all of this in plain words, and it is part of these terms.

Price, tax and payment

€79 a month or €790 a year, in euro, taken by Stripe. No setup fee and no minimum term.

The product is sold business to business. Stripe collects your VAT number where your country has one, applies the rate Stripe Tax works out, and shows it separately on every invoice. Invoices are yours to download from the Stripe portal at any time.

A failed payment is retried by Stripe, which writes to you itself. We send no reminders of our own and we do not touch your fleet over an unpaid invoice.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews on its own until you cancel it, which you do yourself from the Stripe portal — from your account page, in one click, with no email to us and no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. A period already paid for is not refunded, and the subscription runs to the end of it.

What stops when the subscription ends: the release channel, the app builds, the notifications to your phone, the chat bridge and our support. What does not stop: your hub, your agents, your data and your record. They are on your machine and nothing of ours can switch them off. There is no licence check in the software you run.

Updates

We publish releases to a channel your hub reads with its entitlement. Your hub takes a release when it is idle, checks itself afterwards, and returns to the version it pinned if a check fails. You decide when, from the app, or let it update on its own. We can hold a release for every fleet at once if we find a fault in it, and we do not publish one that our own fleet has not already run.

Support

One address, support@founderizer.com, read by a person and watched by our own fleet. We answer as fast as we can, and we promise no particular response time. Support is advice, fixes and new duties by agreement — never our hands on your machine.

Our liability

We are liable for our own failures up to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for what your agents do with the access you gave them, for your model provider’s decisions, limits or charges, for your machine, your data loss or your backups, or for business you did not win. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

The software is given as it is. Agents are powerful and new, and we say so plainly on the page about it before you pay.

Your data

We hold your email address, your payment record at Stripe, your entitlement, and the heartbeat you can switch off. The privacy page says what each one is and how long we keep it.

Changes

If we change these terms we will say so by email at least thirty days before the change takes effect for you, and you can cancel before it does.

Law

The law of Spain applies, and its courts decide anything we cannot settle between us.
